Brick Deals Gibraltar (“we”, “us”) is a price-comparison site for LEGO® sets across Gibraltar shops, nearby Spain and official LEGO stores. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

Data we collect

  • Account details.Your email address and the account identifier created when you sign in. We use passwordless “magic link” sign-in, so we do not store passwords.
  • Watchlist and submissions. The LEGO sets you add to your watchlist and any deals you submit for review.
  • Technical and security logs. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address and request metadata) generated by our hosting and database providers to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To save your watchlist and process deals you submit.
  • To operate, maintain and protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and account storage.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Brevo — sending sign-in (magic link) emails.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and network-level protection.

Cookies and local storage

We use only the cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. Technical logs are retained only for a limited period by our providers.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
